The New York Palace Hotel is surely one of the best (and most expensive) hotels in Manhattan. Although not perfect (especially when compared to the top league Asian hotels) New York Palace is perfectly located and has an extremely helpful staff. As it is taken for granted that a hotel of this category and price range is well equipped, comfortable and offers high-quality service we will stress the drawbacks: some bathrooms are smaller than would be appropriate in this kind of hotel, the gym at New York Palace is also not large and not very well equipped and some rooms are somewhat tired. Anyway, New York Palace is an excellent hotel with excellent location.
